Roger has practiced with our firm since 1974. His practice areas include family law, personal injury, social security disability, criminal defense, automobile negligence, and wrongful death. Roger received a BA in Social Sciences from Michigan State University in 1964, and his law degree from Wayne State University in 1967.

Joel has practiced at our firm since 2003. His practice areas include criminal defense, expungements, personal injury, wrongful death, automobile negligence, family law, real property, driver's license appeals, juvenile practice and collections. Joel received a BA in Social Sciences from Michigan State University in 1994, and a law degree from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2001.


Timothy M. Gulden

Tim has practiced at our firm since 1988. His practice areas include commercial litigation, business law, real estate, zoning, planning, land use, and municipal law. Tim received a BA in Political Science with distinction from the University of Michigan in 1983, and his law degree (cum laude) from Southwestern University in 1987.

Dan has practiced at our firm since 2006. His practice areas include real estate, development, condominiums, land disputes, contracts, civil litigation, probate and estate planning, Medicaid planning, business law, and municipal law.

Dan received a BA in Political Science from the University of Michigan in 2003, and his law degree from Ave Maria School of Law in 2006.
